I had my lashes refilled two days before I competed in the Warrior Dash which is a 3.2 mile run/obstacle course, I was hesitant about getting them done, thinking I should wait until after the competition,  after over an hour of heat, sweat, mist, running and crawling through mud, my lashes held up great!  I had thought that a lot of them would fall out but when I had them filled almost two weeks later, only the normal fill was required.  I am addicted to my eye lash extensions and Cassi does a fabulous job!
